You may have noticed a few reoccurring characters. They have, for better or worse, agreed to spend time with me despite having met me before. Get to know them; they're pretty great.
Boyfriend- As the name implies, he's my other half. Prone to epic
fits of nerdiness, Boyfriend is a professional student. He's disturbingly
smart, loves baseball, beer and barbecue and watches The Daily Show like it's
his job. It's not- remind him of this, would you?
Arley- She's our Boxster- that's a Boston Terrier/Boxer mix and
she's just the cutest little psycho. We adopted her while we were living in the
Carolinas, therefore she has a zero tolerance policy for cold weather. We
bought her a sweater. We're not proud of it.
Brother- Yep, my awesome younger brother. He recently graduated
from college and has always had a better grasp on life than I. Being insanely
creative is his thing so if you're in the market for a dose of digital awesome,
he's your man. He's my go-to phone call when I need to lose my mind. Sorry,
Brother.
Bestie- Her name is Kaitlin, too! When referring to both of us, we
prefer _aitlins. We've known each other since middle school and therefore have
a truly disturbing sense of one another. She's my go-to-girl to geek out about
old music, nerdy t-shirts and why being twenty-something is so
awesome/terrible/confusing/exhausting.
